Membership
The Berkeley Lake Homeowners Association (BLHA) is a non-profit homeowner association dedicated to protecting the lake and promoting fun. BLHA is open to all homeowners living in the city of Berkeley Lake, GA. Even if your subdivision has a separate HOA, you should join BLHA. Here are some reasons to join:

Do your part to help maintain our precious namesake; Berkeley Lake

Gain access to the lake, including the beach and picnic grounds

Meet new friends, and socialize at our fundraisers and get-togethers
The cost of membership is $200 annually, due January 1st of each year. The dues are collected "for the purpose of providing funds to maintain, preserve, improve and repair the property... and for the benefit of the members." The vast majority of this money is spent on our lake.
